At Urban Planet, we want you to love your style; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn merchandise with original tags within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
